AP JL/Jr lecturer Recruitment Qualification norms changed

AP JL Recruitment eligibility norms changed, hard story for 5lac JL post waiting Aspirants. The DL qualifications for JLs. Qualified in any APSET/NET/Ph.D for select JL in the State.

Andhra Pradesh Jr Lecturers Recruitment Educational Qualifications changed and made more hard story for JLs like Degree Lecturers(DL). The Intermediate Education Commissioner made key note to the Medium Education Chief Secretary about the changes in the Educational Qualifications for the posts of Junior Lecturers(JL) recruitment in the AP State. This tell the hard story of the 5,00,000 JL Aspirants in the State they are waiting and expecting for the JL Recruitment notification very soon. But their story going to be very hard this time because, if the Inter Education Commissioner’s note is accepted by the Government the Aspirants will suffer start from no longer. The Inter Commissioner made division of the Intermediate posts into Teaching and Non Teaching category and made the new qualifications for the Jr Lecturers(JL) recruitment. As per Commissioner proposes the new qualification candidate must hold any of the APSET/NET/Ph.D to apply for the JL posts in the State. 

                        Generally CBSE follow the qualification of NET/SET or Ph.D for recruiting the Degree Lecturers/JRF at National level but here in the State these norms are applying for the JL appointments this will really a bad story for the new JL Aspirants who are in 5lac numbers. The Officials saying that to reach the JEE- Mains and NEET, etc. National level Entrance Test need high standard teaching staff in the State also this causes the new norms in JL posts. Now in the State there are 9,000 Contract JLs working in across the State, if these new norms applicable these 9,000 Contract JLs will automatically fall into disqualify the JL post. Then need to recruit these 9000 JL with new norms will face lot of troubles, because there are no sufficient Candidates with these qualifications. The APSET-2012 was faces lot of problems some Subjects did not have even sufficient eligible Candidates, after reduce the Cut-off marks then selected the DL for these Subjects. So if these norms applicable there may be lot of troubles for the Intermediate Junior colleges and Students also. Please don’t play with the Inter Students life this is the turning point for their whole Education life. We all wish to implement these new reasonless norms to recruit Junior Lecturers (JL) in the AP State.
