AP BC Welfare Department Notification for Free Coaching for State Students of BC, SC, ST category for upcoming UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2013. The BC Welfare Dept (BCWD) inviting Online Applications from the Young and interested eligible Candidates for the Free Coaching  for 2013 Civil Services Exam of Prelims, only from Backward Classes(BC), Schedule Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) through its Study Circle. The BC, SC, ST Candidates required to follow the Eligible criteria issued by the BCWD.
FREE Coaching for Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2013: 
Eligible: Only BC, SC, ST Candidates are eligible for Free Coaching. Candidate’s Family Income must be below Rs.1 Lakh for anum. Candidates must possess the Pass Certificate of Graduate Degree. The Candidates applying Passed between 2007 to 2012 academic years. Already working in any cadre are not eligible for applying.
Selection: A Written Test will conduct for Selection of Candidates by the Study Circles. Reservation of Seats as BC-66%, SC-20% and ST-14%. The already Coaching complete from BC/SC/ST study circles are not eligible. pm.
Download Hall Tickets for Written Exam: From 13-12-2012.
How to Download Hall Tickets: Applicants Enter their Application No. on the Website, then press ‘Submit’ button.
Date of Written Test/Exam: 16-12-2012, at 10:30am to 1:30
Number of Seats: Hyderabad-60 Seats, Anantapur-40 Seats and Visakhapatnam-40 Seats.
How to Apply: Through Online Application at bcwelfare.ap.gov.in
Last Date: 10-12-2013.

    To Respected Person-in-charge,
    Sir I am (G.Karuna Sagar) belongs to BC-'C'(Mala) and I am PG(M.C.A) qualified candidate, and interested in civil service but I am unaware of the notification published by BC-WELFARE. I came to know just an hour before I post this comment about the service offering by welfare through Sakshi new paper. I didn't applied in online for examination(16-12-2012), Will it possible for me to attend examination even without applying I will meet all the eligibility criteria. Please do favor for me so that I may fulfill my dream.
