Email support@examsnext.com. We aim to respond to urgent payment or access issues within 2 business hours during launch periods, and within 1 business day otherwise.
For access issues
Please include your purchase email, exam name, approximate purchase time, and Stripe receipt number if available.
For question corrections
Please include the exam name, question ID if visible, and a short explanation of the issue. We review correction reports and update the bank when a fix is needed.
For refunds
Review the Refund Policy, then email support from the purchase email address.
