Information we collect

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ExamsNext does not store your full card number. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, and receipts according to its own policies.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Metricool, or similar tools to understand traffic, measure conversions, and improve marketing. We do not intentionally send question text, access tokens, or unnecessary personal information to analytics tools.

Email and support

We use email providers to send access links, receipts, product updates, and support replies. If you contact support, we use your message to answer the request and improve the product.

Content corrections

If you report an error in a question or explanation, we may keep the report, question ID, and correction notes so we can audit and improve the question bank.

Your choices

You can request help, correction, deletion, or export of reasonable account and support data by emailing support@examsnext.com.
