Refund Policy

We want the policy to be simple: 100% refund within 7 days, 50% refund within 30 days.
Voluntary refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@examsnext.com from the email address used at checkout.
- Within 7 days of purchase: 100% refund.
- Within 30 days of purchase: 50% refund.
- After 30 days: refunds are reviewed case by case.
How to request a refund
Please include:
- Your purchase email.
- The exam or product purchased.
- Your Stripe receipt number if available.
- A short note about what did not meet your expectation.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refunded amount.
Access after refund
We may revoke access to paid materials after a full refund. Partial refunds may also include access changes depending on the reason for the refund.
Consumer rights
This voluntary policy does not limit any non-excludable rights or remedies that may apply under consumer law.
