1. Who we are

ExamsNext provides certification practice questions, explanations, flashcards, mock exam flows, and related study materials.

2. Practice-only disclaimer

ExamsNext questions are provided for practice only. They are based on publicly available certification and technical materials and may be drafted, reviewed, or refined with large language model assistance.

ExamsNext questions are not real exam questions. They are not leaked, recalled, copied, or sourced from live certification exams. You must not treat them as real exam questions or as a guarantee that the same or similar questions will appear on an actual exam.

We curate and review the content, but errors can still happen. If you find a question, answer, explanation, or topic mapping that seems wrong, contact support@examsnext.com.

3. No affiliation with exam providers

ExamsNext is independent. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with AWS, Amazon, Google Cloud, ISC2, or any other exam provider unless we state that relationship in writing.

4. Your use of the service

You may use purchased materials for your own personal study. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, copy, share access links, or use the content to create a competing product or exam dump.

5. Purchases and access

Purchases are processed through Stripe. After successful payment, you receive access through the confirmation page and by email. Keep your access link private.

6. Refunds

Our voluntary refund policy is a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase and a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.

This policy does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights that may apply under your local law.

7. No pass guarantee

ExamsNext is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam or receive any certification.
